If you’re going to recognize your dreams and have all that you desire, you have to start to visualize. You have to see it.
Get an image in your mind of what it is you want and send it out there. See what you want and imagine it’s yours already.
Picture the details. If you want a healthier body, visualize those muscles getting stronger. If you want more fun in your life, picture yourself having a great time with your friends. See yourself as you want to be.
The Universe will understand and help to bring those visualizations to reality.
See it! Believe it!
Are you ready for another tip to attract all that you want into your life? Try describing what it is you want in writing.
I do this all the time. Not only is it a great way to relieve stress, it’s like talking to a good friend. It’s a great way to find your focus.
Write in the present tense as though you’ve already achieved your desires. I am a thin, strong and happy person. If that seems like too much of a stretch, say you’re in the process. I am becoming a thin, strong and healthy person.
Or I am in the process of becoming a happy person who sees the positive in the world.
Writing it out can make it so.
The trick is to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that your goal is in fact reached. It is a done deal! It is already accomplished in your future and done! Now you just need to figure out the steps that got you there. If we are boldly proclaiming what we want, and following all the other guidelines for manifesting and we’re still not manifesting what we want, it is necessary to do some digging and find out what it is you want more. Because, after a while, as you work through the blocks and limitations and create the proper mindset, then the only thing left is that you have another diametrically opposed goal, even though you are not seeing the connection.
Your thoughts are not the only one you must gain full control of. For thoughts and emotions must work hand in hand in order for you to be able to manifest your desires into your reality, awareness of your emotions is crucial as well. For an entire day, tune in to your life at a deeper level than you normally perceive it. In your journal record every joy, every blessing and every win that comes your way. No matter how big or small, record the triumph and inwardly express thanks.
